A good massage provides the body--as well as mind and spirit--with a chance to restructure and reboot itself towards balance, ease, and radiant health. I am a huge fan of the tremendous benefits of massage and bodywork! I support the body's unwinding patterns to create a deeply therapeutic session that feels wonderful at the same time that it is powerfully effective. I have been told that I have "wise hands," and I feel that I am able to tune in to and honor the body's own wisdom. For people who are suffering from pain, soreness, or injury, I can hone in on what's going on and make a big difference.
